I start with the work. Then I connect it. Then I let agents operate it.

Half a minute: the hook line, a cartoon in a hoodie, a name, and a very fast who-I-am.

Cold open, chapter 1: Hook

// transcript

Psst.

I don't start with AI. I start with the work.

I'm a Stack Overflow era developer. You know, back when you had to dig through a thousand forum threads just to fix one bug.

Good old days.

Most of my career was closed-source enterprise software. You know, the complicated, boring headache stuff.

And now I'm starting my SaaS journey, building some cool AI shit. Like, unheard-of stuff, brand-new concepts.

So follow along. You're gonna like it.

Origin

From assistant project manager to a connected ERP to ESAP AI: paper turning into software, and the question that changed.

// transcript

// first job

I didn't start with an AI idea. I started by understanding the work.

My first job? Assistant project manager. Honestly, I got it because I can talk.

One year. One project. The whole lifecycle.

I wasn't learning tasks. I was learning how a business connects.

// no map

Then I joined Empowering Energy, the parent company of ESAP AI.

The job: build a custom enterprise system for a business running on spreadsheets, paperwork…

…and workflows that lived mostly in people's heads. No requirements document.

I almost walked away.

// their world

Instead, I stepped into their world.

I sat with them. Followed their paperwork. Learned their frustrations.

That became my first prototype. Not asking people to adapt to software, but building around how they already worked.

// the erp

With a small team, we turned that into a connected ERP.

Paperwork: down eighty percent.

Then came the messy part. Data migration.

And automations, built on connections I'd learned first-hand. That work became the foundation of ESAP AI.

// the question changed

Then the question changed.

First: how do I make this work easier? Then: how do I connect and automate it?

Now: what would it take for intelligent agents to operate these systems on people’s behalf?

That's what I'm building now. Want to see? …Scroll. Gently.

Chimpaign

An AI marketing operating system: research, creative and results in one continuous cycle, so every campaign makes the next one smarter.

Chimpaign, chapter 1: The loopChimpaign, chapter 2: IntelligenceChimpaign, chapter 3: ProductionChimpaign, chapter 4: Results

// transcript

// the loop

What if every campaign made your marketing smarter?

That's Chimpaign. An AI marketing operating system. Research, creative and results in one continuous cycle.

// intelligence

It starts with market intelligence: trends, competitors, opportunities shaped for one brand.

Pattern Lab studies real content to find which hooks, formats and stories go with stronger performance.

Video Lab takes a video apart. Opening frame, spoken words, on-screen text, pace, sound. Including Arabic dialects and Saudi cultural context.

// production

Then it produces: scripts, images, videos, podcasts, clips, carousels.

And it scores ideas before you spend money making them.

// results

Publish what people approve. Measure. Feed it back.

Every campaign becomes an investment in the next one.

Mewmory

A personal AI counterpart: one memory across conversations that connects today’s question to something you captured months ago.

// scattered

Your next breakthrough could be hiding in a thought you forgot.

Mewmory is a personal AI counterpart. Speak or type naturally.

// one memory

It builds one memory across conversations, on a canvas with categories and fields that grow around your life.

It connects today’s question to something you captured months ago.

// concepts

Scattered notes become concepts for apps, businesses, stories or research, with critical review, milestones, and a first experiment.

Plans get step-by-step reasoning and exact calculations. Tasks, money and reminders live in the same context.

// evidence

You can inspect the evidence behind any interpretation, and correct it. The correction sticks.

Software that organises itself around you. Mewmory: give your thoughts a future.

Apogee / ESAP

An intelligent layer that plugs into the systems a business already runs, so AI operators can carry out work, verified, with people in control.

// transcript

// the layer

What if your business software could understand the work, and help carry it out?

Apogee is an intelligent layer. It plugs into the systems a business already runs.

Every employee gets an AI operator, configured for their role.

// autopilot

Autopilot watches operations, spots issues, plans multistep work, does what it's permitted to, and checks the result.

Specialist agents team up on investigations. What they verify teaches the next decision.

// forensic ai

Forensic AI follows a discrepancy through connected records and audit trails.

// the observatory

The Observatory turns operations into a living workplace: activity, performance, bottlenecks.

Voice, chat and guided workflows. Role permissions, approval checkpoints, traceable actions. People stay in control.

ESAP. From business intent to verified action.

Ruwaida

Parenting intelligence: two minutes a day becomes a live picture of your child across 22 dimensions, one move to make today, and a road from birth to sixteen.

Ruwaida, chapter 1: No mapRuwaida, chapter 2: A live pictureRuwaida, chapter 3: A worldRuwaida, chapter 4: For everyone

// transcript

// no map

I'm building something I wish my parents had back when I was a kid.

Not because they didn't care. Because nobody gave them a map.

Every parent is out here guessing… and all they get is the same internet advice everyone gets.

// a live picture

So I built Ruwaida. Two minutes a day. A few questions.

It turns them into a live picture of your child: 22 dimensions of how they think, feel and grow.

It catches what they're brilliant at early. It gives you one move to make today. Just one.

// a world

And then I did something no parenting app has done. I turned childhood into a world.

// for everyone

English and Arabic. Read-aloud. An AI guide through the app. My mum should be able to use this. So she can.

I designed it. I engineered it. I built every piece myself. Because the kid I used to be deserved this.

Ruwaida. Parenting intelligence.

Who am I

No jokes for a minute: feeling deeply, seeing at a different threshold, finishing the job, preparing for the future, and being the guidance he never had.

Who am I, chapter 1: ThresholdWho am I, chapter 2: The jobWho am I, chapter 3: The futureWho am I, chapter 4: Guidance

// transcript

// threshold

Okay. No jokes for a minute.

I feel everything. Deeply. Sometimes too deeply.

And I see things differently. Same world as you. Different threshold.

Sometimes that makes people think I've lost it.

// the job

But I finish the job. Whether the situation is with me or against me.

// the future

I'm scared of the future. Honestly. So I prepare for it.

I try to predict the next big thing. That's why some of what I build doesn't make sense… yet.

// guidance

I grew up without much guidance. So I try to be the guidance I never had.

I give people everything I've got. Especially my mistakes.

Because truly… I know nothing.
